We package your orders with care. If there is any defect with your products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery along with photos showing defect.

Unopened items sold by ame gemella in original condition and returned within 7 days of delivery will be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Sale items, clearance items and opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs are not eligible for refund. Orders that received “free shipping” at the time of purchase will receive a store credit, exchange or refund less ame gemella's cost of shipping.
